Still water

Although it is not very still. River is high after all the rain we’ve had and the Ford is just waiting to capture foolish motorists.

After a productive trip to the tip H and I went into Saffron Walden to get some bits for dinner and a coffee. We went to a new trendy spot in the old main Barclays Bank. What a fabulous building, and they’ll have made a great job of keeping the character, the coffee was good as well.

When we got back I spent an hour fixing down floorboards on the landing, what a state they were in. Carpenters, electricians, they certainly were haphazard with their floor fixing.

Then the final GP of the year. Pretty interesting race, I was pleased with the result, some great drives up and down the grid. That’s 24 F1 races plus all the F2 and F3 races we have supported this year, only a few dramas. Only 80 or so days until then first 2025 test.
