Sea Beams after Sunset

This art installation beside Dysart Harbour is called 'Sea Beams' and is by Donald Urquhart.  It has featured in my blips on many occasions over the years.

This afternoon, I was in Dysart which was just another typical dull grey day, then as I was about to leave, and six minutes after the sun had officially set, I noticed a pink glow in the southwest.  I hurried to get in position near the beams as the colour spread a little more extensively.

Even so, the captures were all very dark and required processing to reveal the foreground.
