After the rain

No storms forecast tonight which is a great relief given that last night’s event was so noisy and directly overhead, resulting in there being four of us in bed together. Not ideal when Miss Mills can take up a huge spot when she stretches out.

Work and walk done for the day, we sat out for a while enjoying the cooler of late evening air.

The newly laid lawn in this part of the garden is loving the rain. I just hope our lawn mower that is in for servicing will be ready by the weekend or we might have to go search for the pups. It’s certainly fast growing!
