Hagrid's hair

No prizes for guessing where I am today. Even though I spent a couple of weeks in Burbank in 2015 I've never been on a studio tour before. My daughter is the right generation for Harry Potter and Hogwarts in the Snow was her choice. You can't ask everyone to be keen to find old tin churches. My sister drove us to Watford this morning through all the busy traffic to get us here. 

JKR the HP author divides opinions so I'm not going to opine. It's fascinating to see behind the scenes of all the special effects and some of the props used in the films. What a slick operation it is. There are lots of children dressed as wizards and, bewilderingly, lots of adults too.
