The Devil Wears Prada

A busy day….first we went to the Tower of London for a Quick Look at the Frost Fair decorations…see extra…. This was about the Frost Fairs that were traditionally held when the Thames was frozen.  Then for lunch at the Real Greek. Such traffic jams we got off the bus and walked there quicker. I usually like the Real Greek but they have changed their basic menu somewhat so not quite as good.

Then to the new musical The Devil Wears Prada. Elton John collaborated on the music. The production was very good…some of the sets and costumes( fashion show type scenes in US and Paris were great) however not over impressed by the ‘music’ . The music was all a bit samey…..no really great songs or very melodic….I don’t think it will be remembered for the songs.

After we went to Oxford Street to see the Selfridges windows which we found rather disappointing this year..then a wander down Bond Street to see more lights. See extras. So many people everywhere and lots of tourists .

Lots of walking..around 20,00 steps! So feeling tired.
