Looking down on the lights

Today  has been a steady day and a dry one. A few jobs around the house done this morning then waiting for the plumber to come this afternoon  to service the boiler , Thankfully all is good with it and running efficiently which is good with the cost of gas and its set to go up again in the new year , they always put it high when its most needed.

This evening we decided to head to Lincoln Castle to go and enjoy the annual light display . We have decided to get an annual season pass for the castle grounds which allows us to walk round the walls and also enjoy displays and gives us entry to  other events hosted by the castle so for the next year we intend to make the most of it. Starting with tonight's walk around  the castle walls . I have gone with this birds eye view of the grounds spoilt for choice so more shots On Flickr .
Back home for a late tea and now watching some general TV viewing
