pink flowers

Another page in my Care December journal with a pink theme. Such a lovely colour. It was fun and refreshing to have a prompt that was NOT mixed media... No paint, watercolor, pens, pencils, markers, not even collage. Instead, just cutting teeny flowers out of paper and sewing them on! 

I had a wonderful photo from a National Geographic magazine of a man holding flowers. I had prepared it as a page for the journal even though I was not sure what I could do with it. Then this art journal prompt appears and I knew exactly what I'd do with that magazine page! :0)
