Calm Evening, Westhaven

Very heavy rain this morning. Maeve the Deerhound tried to avoid her early morning walk, but needs must.

Mostly indoors today. Somewhat of a change.
F1 on telly with a win for Louis Hamilton. His first for Mercedes.

After dinner I took Maeve for a walk down to the shore. The rain and clouds were making their way out to sea. All was calm at Westhaven and the boats were floating gently at their moorings. This shot is from the grass between the car park and the beach. We walked down to the waters edge and stood for a short while. We looked out to sea. Tiny waves broke on the sand.
