Walk around Wortley Hall Grounds - Wednesday

I needed to collect my yoghurt and laundry from the PO in Wortley so thought I’d have a short walk in the hall grounds and a little play with the App Photosplit (no longer available to new users). It felt good to be outside.

Health note (I have to feed back to the consultants secretary): I felt really good early morning - walking normally and purposefully - my old self back.  A bit more tired after my shower but ok to walk around Wortley Hall grounds.  Afternoon much more tired with stumbling feet, though I didn’t have a nap.  Early to bed, but listened to music and worked on some. photographs.  Light off about 11.

Early evening chat on WhatsApp with P, who has been in hospital for several days.

Later evening video chat with L, who has just discovered some serious health issues of her own (and I thought she was bionic now she’s got her new knee up and running).
