S' brother has been working in IT at West Coast DHB in the deep south. With all the cutbacks ordered by the Government to reduce the 'over-spend' he chose to accept redundancy, and retire back to Auckland where his family are. To welcome him back, his younger daughter (L) and S collaborated on preparing a feast. The first time we have used the new 'outside room' with guests. The light over the table was only put in on Tuesday . Twelve of us managed to fit around the table; although one was happier in his carrycot.
