Christmas tree at afternoon tea.

We had afternoon tea at the Fairmont, St Andrews. It’s become a bit of a pre Christmas thing for us in recent years; often a gift we’ve held over until the Christmas period. It was a nice experience once again. The quality of the food was lovely, the staff very pleasant. The hotel was grand, as aye. And Christmas decorations were tastefully done.

We’d a walk locally this morning. Another duvet jacket day. The puddles on the path at the field margin were frozen, the fields wintery.

Family are well.
