Walked the dogs, went to work, went to the lake, swam, went home.

Lake was 4 degrees. We didn’t swim for long, funny enough.

No offer came through but Elbows was in meetings all morning, noon and night and only noticed the missed call from the estate agent at midnight. So we wait and see.
