Mmmm!

Guess what I’ve been doing over the last 2 hours?
I’ve made a Rice Pudding cooked in the AirFryer, and a saucepan of homemade soup, but, my daughter won’t enjoy it as my stick blender has just broken, I only found out when I tried to blend it. It’s ok as we like it lumpy though - and daughter can’t come for tea anyway.
So tea is done, and there are some crusts and slices of bread from yesterday’s bread. I love to use up all sorts of veggies, the odd parsnip, few mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and also frozen courgette, peas, sweetcorn, broccoli, spinach and mixed veg.
