A simple loaf of Bread

How lucky are we to have gorgeous crusty bread or whatever sort of bread we want. I live on the Small Island of Guernsey and there are many times when the boat doesn’t come in, but we still have fresh bread. This is a loaf of 50/50 bread that I made overnight, our son has enjoyed his sandwiches with us today, sometimes it’s our grandchildren that enjoy ‘Grandpa Bread’ and often they eat it just dry because they love it
