An art show is a
feast for the eyes - so many
lovely things to see!

I was up drinking my coffee before sunrise this morning. It's another beautiful day for us here. 

My morning jaunt with my camera took me to the Yuma Fairgrounds to view our art show and sale. The Fine Arts Building, which our association painted last year, was filled with the artistic endeavours of our members. There were paintings, papercuts, encaustics, jewelry, pottery, fused glass....it was dazzling to walk through and admire the talents of this wonderful group of artists. 

I was back home before lunch to sort out some fabric for a quilt. I'm testing some reds to make sure they are not going to bleed after the quilt is finished. 

It will be a quiet day at home.
