Across the snowy rooftops

This was the only shot I took today, when I first looked out our bedroom window, to see another dusting of snow on the rooftops. The rest of the day I spent in bed feeling pretty rough. I received a text part way through the morning from Nancy who hosted our Book Club lunch and party on Monday afternoon. She had started feeling ill Tuesday afternoon, and had since tested positive for Covid. So I took a test, and as I suspected I was positive too - I had been sitting next to her when we were doing our Book exchange. By the end of the morning, another from our group had responded, and also had it!
