Waiting for food to drop

A female blackbird isn't a regular visitor to the garden, so I was pleased to see it. It sat expectantly waiting for the other smaller birds to spill food from the suet feeder. It has competition from many other birds who also can't eat directly from the feeders. Occasionally I succumb and scatter seeds on the grounds.
