Abstract Thursday ...

... Transparent.

I had another appointment this morning with the surgeon that performed the trigger release surgery back in October.  Unfortunately, I've been having pain in the index finger that was to correct the trigger finger problem.  Whereas the original locking issue was corrected now I have a lot of pain in the finger ... especially later in the evening.  Of course, his first suggestion is a cortisone shot ... which I can't do.  Cortisone shots seem to be a doctors answer to everything these days. 

Since I can't do the cortisone shot he has recommended occupational therapy ... which I have set up for next Wednesday.  Sigh.

I did some shopping on my way home from the appointment and was home by mid-afternoon.  Later on we went out for our normal Thursday night eat out night.  

On the way home from supper I saw this Christmas tree shining brightly through the transparent plastic that the homeowners always put up around their back porch each Winter.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursday each and every week.
