Unexpected

Discovered a few unexpected things this afternoon. Not least of which was this stone palm tree. (the other things were a new cafe and a new shop...).

Out with pals tonight. Lots of very interesting chat. And lots of chat that I really didn't want to hear - the minutiae of people's relationships is normally only interesting to the two people actually in the relationship, not to a table of folk in a pub. Oh well......

However, apart from that, we generally put the world to rights. And relieved the pub of some of their stock....

And a jolly good pub it is too. A recommendation from a blipper of this parish, no less.
