Christmas Curry

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I was listening to music as I was walking to meet The ex-Boss and The ex-Boss’s ex-Boss* tonight and ‘Long Live’ started playing.

It’s one of those anthems that I want to sing along to. Obviously I couldn’t do that as I was in public but it was dark and there was no one else around on the street so I mimed. Enthusiastically. With all the facial expressions and everything.

And then I spotted someone in the distance and stopped. I had a little giggle thinking that maybe everyone secretly does the same thing but no one knows. Except maybe the people who monitor CCTV!

I had a great night. We had curry and wine. Probably one of my favourite (ex)work Christmas nights out.
