Running Clean

It was a wonderful morning to be out running around Loch Ore. 

I have Blipped the start scene at Lochore Meadows Parkrun. My performance did not match the occasion, but I am fairly sure I know why. 

After my exertions I hardly paused for breath, and within 90 minutes I was on a bus heading west to watch Spiders play at Hamilton. They lost 1-2 and were just about worth a draw if I put on my rose-tinted spectacles. 

The pies were good at Hamilton, so every cloud has that silver lining.
