Training Wheels

Despite being below freezing, it had at least warmed up from the previous days' deep freeze. Still suffering the after effects of a cold, I didn't stay out too long. A lot of the ice had dissipated, although the lake remains frozen. I expect that's it for winter.

I found this ridge of wind blown snow which, along with some rocks, made a lead into the frame. I wish we had a mountain or an island for a background and I suppose I could use photoshop to provide one, but that's not a road I'm going down.

I will have to use this as practice, so when I do have more interesting subjects, my eye is trained.
