Jolang

I have blipped an image of this Danish Reindeer before, I'm sure, however I took this image today as this precious reindeer was a gift from the much loved blipper Jolang.  I was so sad to hear the news this year that I wonderful friend had passed away.  I had blipped her many times and in this link it was with her amazing husband Curt.  Individually they were a force to reckon with and as a pair they were so inspiring.  I kept telling Jolang that we should book the Blackheath Community Hall and stage a retrospective of her incredible collection of paintings, tapestries, craft work, knitting etc, etc, etc.  Just about every item that adorned her house had created by her own hand.
I'm so blessed to have the reindeer and trust me every year it comes out of its box and has pride of place in the living room.  Happy Christmas Jolang and Curt and I hope you're happily cruising on that luxury ocean liner that you had always planned to do when you had both passed.
