Oh No it Isn't

On a day of atrocious weather (with all ferries cancelled for at least 24hrs) what better is there to do than support the Birsay Drama Group biennial Panto in the Birsay Hall ? What a great endeavour from the cast / costume makers / writers  /producer/ make up dept.  800 tickets sold for the five days.  A regular hoot with the added plus of Mallimacks speaking Orcadian.  When we came out of the Hall the anemometer measured 68 mph and the Hall is right on the coast.  Oh yes it is.  The Dame in the extra is one of my mother’s carers.
