Our local Neighbourhood Group is extremely active. There are groups for trade recommendations , litter picking volunteers, crime and vandalism reports and so on.
One group has turned this once derelict patch of ground into a little oasis by cutting down dead trees and replanting it with what looks like a variety of tough grasses. No doubt it will look splendid in the Spring/Summer.
