A Shadow of its Former Self
Another walk into Cromer, visited a couple of shops, had coffee & sandwiches, then walked down to Overstrand on the beach and back on the cliff-top path - 12-and-a-bit Km. After passing the last of the Cromer beach huts we did remember to look for the Banksy on the sea wall (thanks @JohnRH for the prompt) - it's still there, a ghost-artwork, much faded by the elements. The work originally appeared in 2021, along with works in various East Anglian coastal locations - see

The extra shows the pier and lifeboat station as sunset approached. Both images are from my phone - with my current shoulder/upper arm problem it wasn't worth taking the camera, and, even then, it was difficult to use the phone one-handed, but if I used my left hand to support it all that happened was severe "camera shake". Anyway, I've self-referred to our local physio services and received emailed advice by return, and dropped in to a local pharmacy to stock up on additional pain relief and heat patches - fingers crossed the problem will soon be under control!
