This Old House
My main focus for today was getting to the dentist in time to withstand the first appointment for my crown. If only that had also been my dentist’s focus. I waited at least 45 minutes which only increased my anxiety. There was no pain during the entire procedure for which I am very grateful. They glued in a temporary crown which doesn’t hold my partial just right. Sure hope the permanent one will. My next appointment is 15 January. Hubby tried to light our gas fireplace this morning. He could not get it to come on. Drat! Our BIL may be able to solve the problem. I picked up two more gift cards while I was near the restaurants. Only need two more. There are several blip opportunities in the town I was visiting. I really love this Victorian home. It has such personality. It is especially beautiful dressed for the Christmas season. I wrapped a few packages before and several after the appointment. Hubby had an appointment with his podiatrist and received only good news. We have one more meal of pasta leftovers so our evening will be quiet. Wishing you a quiet evening. Stay safe.
