Sir Humphry has his hat on

That's right, the people of Penzance are so proud of Sir Humphry Davy that Pz town council had a special hat made for him (the statue, of course, is larger than life size and I'm pretty sure the hat must be weighted to prevent it from blowing away). Unfortunately I missed the hatting ceremony which is done with a little bit of mock pomp.
