Gelato and some down time

We went for a little gelato tonight. I tried a new flavor substitution to my normal duo (so I made it a trio) by adding Bubblegum to the delicious Sea Salt Carmel and Violet (or Rose, depending on the time of year) I usually get.

It was very pleasant especially considering how go, go, go I've been these days.
