Green Thumb

Tonight we planted our very first flower beds! Talk about work! Shoveling, turning soil, breaking roots and pulling weeds is no joke. I completely reconsidered the life of a farmer after this experience... It is a complete body workout!

I'm also pretty sure our neighbors thought we were on something too since we did this in the cool of the evening into the night. Hopefully it all comes OK since we had to use flashlights to plant some of the flowers toward the end, haha :)
