Interesting Flower

Making sure to take pictures everyday is becoming more of a challenge when you're in a hospital for 12 hours of that day with hardly any down time... can't say I can complain though.

I saw this flower a few days ago and thought it interesting. I'm not sure what kind of flower/weed it is but nonetheless it looks kinda Avatar-film like to me. No?
