Who is this guy?

This guy goes up and down Stelvio like you would not believe. I'm sure he did it 4 times on Friday. And he's not slow either. You think cycling up once is bad enough.....

He seems to turn around either a hotel just below me or sometimes Trafoi I think - from his times. Either way - he cycled up Stelvio today at least 3 times that I saw.

Does not smile.
