Wednesday: Roast

K came up to meet me after work as we had a dinner reservation at ‘Roast’ in Borough Market.  The food was excellent, I had pork belly, K. had roast beef.  And our sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream was out of this world.

The evening was so lovely that I’ve completely forgotten that our pre-dinner beer at a nearby craft beer pub was £12 a pint. Yes, that totally slipped my mind. £12 a pint - totally forgotten!
