Cerddais i i'r pentref heddiw am y dosbarth Shibashi olaf y flwyddyn. Cerddais i oherwydd roeddwn i'n meddwl fy mod i angen yr ymarfer corff, ond, fel arfer, roedd cyfle i werthfawrogi pethau ar gyflymder cerdded.

Ffeindiais i'r addurniad hwn ar y palmant. Does dim syniad gyda fi sut na pham roedd yna. Efallai cafodd e ei chwythu o goeden. Rwy'n gobeithio y bydd ei berchennog ei ffeindio.

Gorffennon ni Shibashi gyda chân (roedd Carina wedi bod yn prysur ysgrifennu). Roedd y cytgan 'And so this is T'ai Chi / And what has it done? / It's kept us all moving / and having some fun'. Dych ch'n gallu dyfalu'r dôn. Roedd ffordd hwyl diwedd y flwyddyn.

I walked to the village today for the last Shibashi class of the year. I walked because I thought I needed the exercise, but, as usual, there was an opportunity to appreciate things at a walking pace.

I found this decoration on the pavement. I have no idea how or why it was there. Maybe it was blown from a tree. I hope its owner will find it.

We finished Shibashi with a song (Carina had been busy writing). The chorus 'And so this is T'ai Chi / And what has it done? / It's kept us all moving / and having some fun'. You can guess the tune. There was a fun way to end the year.
