A calmer day, though I've been feeling rough all day with this throat/cough :(  

I think I'll do a Covid test tomorrow in case, due to my parents coming on Sunday.  I wouldn't want them to come and not be able to see me though they have both had all the covid jabs....

Straight after work I've loaded up the car with as much as possible to take to the tip.  I was going to take my old dustbin - which I used before the council in their wisdom decided that everyone, including those with steps to their property had to have a wheely bin.  But thought I'd keep it in case of emergency!

I'm off to dose myself up....

After the tip run, I'll be wrapping presents/cleaning the house and that sort of stuff!

And trying to find some mulled wine last minute...

I'm so glad I'm not going away - it sounds as though the traffic is horrendous already.
