Mushy Peas

Trip down memory lane again today with an outing to Norwich city centre, where I spent a few years in my post school youth 1972-75.

Coffee & cake at Bonds - well it's now John Lewis to some - and then a walk down to the market via a few banks & building societies where I needed to update my accounts as UK Government had some time ago seized any accounts that had been inactive for years. Of course  a whizz around Jarrolds, new library and a few more old favourites eg M&S. No visit complete without Mushy Pea stand although I think the original one from my time has closed down. I didn't eat mushy peas then and don't do so now, but somehow felt I was treading in my parent's footsteps/mannerisms/likes!

Really enjoyed it.
