Rain . . . The Beatles

Today has had showers some heavy and some not.  Some long and some not so.  I have been getting the second bedroom ready for TLD who arrives tomorrow evening.  From the window I look out to the street and could see Tui swooping into the flax or Poutukawa tree.  In the afternoon there was a pause between showers and I positioned myself on my front lawn to try to catch one.  I got a selection of poor shots. Shutter speed needed to be higher.  I did like the selection of foliage.  The extra is the whole scene. 
At Friday night drinks Andrew talked to Bevan, lives at across the road from me, about blip.  Bevan went away and looked it up and has taken the plunge.  He hasnt written up his bio so I won't spoil it. Another Blipper
