Look carefully...
...and you’ll see that the 26 foot snowman is made of 2500 wine bottles! The Queen Victoria, Priddy
Wet and very windy this morning so rather than a trip to Wells we decided to find a cosy country pub for lunch, and headed down into Somerset and up onto the Mendip Hills to Priddy. The pub is famous for its Christmas illuminations, they were even in The Times newspaper yesterday. Sadly we were too early to see them lit but if you follow this link you can see the full effect:

After lunch in front of the log fire it was home to crack on with Christmas prep. Ordered the last presents, wrote a few extra cards and started working on the food order.
Thank you for your kind stars for yesterday’s sparkling Rudolph.
