Cathedral Christmas Lights
L was meeting with riding friends for a Dolly Parton tribute night at a pub near the stables so I dropped her off and headed towards Lichfield. I'd hoped to get a ticket to the cathedral Christmas lights but they took the late sessions off sale and despite contacting the box office they did not bring them back on sale.
Instead I headed to Rectory Park with the drone. One of the benefits I have is the drone has two lenses, the typical wide angle and also a telephoto, so I could stay away from the built up areas to take some photos. I do like doing night time aerials with all of the vibrant saturated colours. The only issue is controlling noise in the image. I've added some extras to reflect the variety of lighting they projected onto the West facade of the building.
I got back to pick up L later, going in and saying hi to her riding friends including Ginny, who had come down from the Lake District for the weekend.
