On the Fire Trail

It's a bit of a blipsnap with isbiJG but the only photo I took today.

I was expecting Helen, Omar and the twins to stay but although Ayman was discharged from hospital after a bout of croup this morning they thought it prudent to spend the night in Sydney and come up tomorrow.

That created a bit of unexpected time, a rarity at this time of year, so we took the opportunity for our first bike ride since Mr isbi's cataract operations. 
I have been reluctant to ride alone because if I dropped the bike I'd be flat out getting it up again without his help! I'm not as strong as I used to be. 
We went out along the fire trail where it's nice and shady and very pleasant on a hot day.
