Yellow-eyed junco

I made a brief trip to Madera Canyon this morning.   December is on average our coldest month but we've been setting high temperature records, and today's 82°/28° was no different.  It's ten degrees cooler up there so it was a perfect day for a ride.

Sunday was football and laundry day.  I need to find more things to do other than going out for medical  appointments and breakfast (or lunch).  I haven't been able to dig myself out of a bipolar depression so something has to give.  I need more motivation to do stuff.  I'm off to find a Christmas movie to watch. I will be looking for something upbeat/funny.
