2 Oscars

A walk in the village this morning then we went visiting. We called on Kate first with their  Christmas presents as I won't see them Christmas Day. I wanted Chris and Oscar to have a nice walk on the beach but it rained and it was that awful drizzly rain. We went to Fairhaven for lunch and ran in. Decided to give a walk a miss. I drove all the way along the prom to Cleveleys through Blackpool, the tower was shrouded in mist. Parts of Blackpool really do look shabby and neglected. We spent a lovely hour with Rachel, Oscar and Rosie. Rosie has just learnt how to work the iPad so was intent on watching Papa pig intros. She did take Chris into the kitchen and pointed to what she wanted. Oscar enjoyed playing with Oscar. I asked Oscar to play the cornet that he brought from school, he was very good and we did recognise the tunes.
