Christmas Gift
I did not take this photo but it records a Christmas gift. The recipient is #2 son's gf's mother at KLIA2 en route to India. The donor is Tony Fernandes (the Malaysian equivalent of Michael O'Leary, well not really). He owns Air Asia and the Tune empire and he is giving her a free ticket to Tokyo, because it's Christmas. Elsewhere the national Muslim Council has decreed it's ok for Muslims to wish people 'Happy Christmas'.
A really tiring day. Started off with a whole lot of FH research, from my bed, for my cousin and then stood for ages wrapping presents. I took a suitcasefull across to HK and there are still more here. That was followed by a Kuromi search up the street. I did manage to find things but won't know if Olivia likes them till Wednesday. Stopped off at the Social Cafe for lunch. Then more searching for Christingle stuff, why? Back home to leave that stuff then down to local Jaya for the frozen pastry. The girls had just got home when I left that for the freezer. There was also a lot of toing and froing about haggis deliveries (#2 son's 6 tins).
All that standing and walking, and it was very humid today, overcast and rain off and on, I was exhausted so I went home and after a bit, after 6 , went for a swim. I needed that stretch out. There was a huge thunderstorm later and I had horrible pasta (note to self, don't by the cheap local stuff) and watched ep 2 of 'Strike'.
