Impending Prettiness

Almost a "I need a photograph for Blip today" photograph.
But I did spend a lot of creative time on the computer with this one. I was going for the beauty of the emerging center of this rose. It's difficult to produce a decent rose flower in Arizona, almost 100F today in the shade. I'm very lucky to have some wonderful roses in my yard, guess I can chalk it up to dumb luck, but I must be doing something right!

On a unrelated point, well almost. Did you know that "Prettiness" is one of the actual classifications by which horses are officially evaluated. It has to be an adult horse though, as ponies are inherently pretty. A true fact!
