The Peace Rose

That's the true name of this rose plant. I found it out in the desert in a broken pot, abandoned, lone and embraced in the arms of death.

I have people in my photography club coming over tomorrow to photograph this particular bloom. So I decided to get a jump on the event and image it at it's opening freshness.

I do have a special love for this rose bush, cast aside, given a new life and giving back with its elegance and gorgeousness.
