Christmas Day 2024

We collected Jenny for the service this morning and then as planned she shared Christmas dinner with us. Iris should also have been with us. She and Jenny got on well together. My extra, from last year.

Lots of Memory Lane talk after our meal. Happy memories for Jenny and she loves sharing them. We took her home at about 5pm.

Since then we’ve done prep for tomorrow’s visit by Matthew and family, and have managed a quiet sit down doing very little.

A good Christmas Day. We’ve been in touch with Valerie’s family sharing memories of many wonderful family Christmases all together, with coats and shoes everywhere and extra beds in bedrooms.
