Destruction

Sad to see this tree which must have been torn apart by the high winds we had some time ago. Had a lovely day today. Was picked up by my godson’s sister and taken to their home for lunch with them and friends and then we played some silly games, two on paper drawing and describing for one and for the other writing down a book or a person or a film which was then guessed by other team members. It was family against visitors and visitors won that one! Each person had to write down on separate bits of paper their objects! First round was describing whatever it was. Second round was the same words but using just one word to bring it to the minds of your team. The third round was charades of the objects!

Then there was a very silly card game which involved a pirate king, mermaids and pirates and four different coloured suits and you had to say how many tricks you would get! You started with one card then two all the way up to 10 cards each and it was a great game!

Came back to one slightly manic dog who needed her food and a few throws of a ball to release her energy! Watched the Christmas call the midwife and then the Christmas outnumbered!
