Gingerbread balls

Was thinking of making these before Christmas but didn’t manage it! Bought some of the stuff from home and the rest this morning apart from the cocoa powder which I had to ask a friend to bring when she and her husband came for tea this afternoon. After tea we played scrabble which I won unexpectedly but with glee! I did play a seven letter word on a double word score and got the 50 points for doing so!

The gingerbread should have been rolled and cut into shapes but I had no cutters so I made them into balls! Not sure if they are cooked through!
