That's a NO-NO.......you can't foul a shooter when he's attempting a layup!  But the shot was good and he got an extra free-throw for a 3 point advantage.

If you're following yesterday's Blip you know that the home team (in white) won Game 1 and now they are in the championship bracket against the team in black.  It was a very good game...back and forth all game long.  Unfortunately, the home team came up short and lost (60-57) to take 2nd place in their own tournament.  Time was the issue.  Had there been 3 more minutes, the "good guys" could easily have won the game and the tournament.  And so it goes.....
