DUNK TIME

High school boy's basketball.  It's Christmas break and the local high school is having a mini-tournament among 4 schools.  The first round was yesterday and the final round will be today.  Yesterday's winners will play for the championship and yesterday's losers will play for 3rd place today.

The home team won yesterday and will be in the finals today.  Here our 6'5" junior dunks the ball after the opening jump ball.  He started us out on a fine note and we were up by 16 points to 0 after a couple of minutes.  TIME OUT was called by the opposition to reset the game plan.  Those boys had some shooters who were electric eyes from the 3 point range.  In short order they were back in the game.

But it wouldn't last.  The home team came out smoking in the 2nd half and they emerged on the winning end of a 78-46 final score.
